VOLFAIR partners meet in Slovenia
Following the EUSA Convention in Kranjska Gora, representatives of project partners Be(ach) Volunteer, Be(ach) Fair! (VOLFAIR) met for a working meeting on September 25, working to finalise the recommendations and other project-related tasks.
The main VOLFAIR project goals are to improve the volunteer policy and enlarge the volunteer satisfaction at beach handball tournaments in Europe, to exchange experiences and good practices of the event organisers, and promotes the values of fair play.
As part of the project guidelines will be produced, related to the volunteers’ management that could be useful for all future sport events, particularly beach handball competitions.
Project partners also discussed the experiences of the past Beach Handball events, and started evaluation process of follow-up initiatives, as the VOLFAIR project is concluding end of this year.
The VOLFAIR project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. Project partners are Academic Beach Handball Club Zagreb (CRO), University Sports Association of Poland - AZS (POL), EUSA Institute (SLO) and Camelot Beach Handball Tournament (NED).
