International University Sports Federation (FISU) has opened the bidding for the 2019 Winter and Summer Universiades today.

- Submission of the bidding book

- Inspection visits by the FISU Winter & Summer Universiade
November 2013
- Final presentations by the Bidding Committees to FISU
- Attribution of the 2019 Winter & Summer Universiade
