Between July 19-25 2019, the EUSA Headquarters in Ljubljana, Slovenia were visited by the President of the Swiss University Sports Mr Mike Kurt and former EUSA Legal Advisor Mr Hans Bodmer.

Both Mr Kurt and Mr Bodmer were welcomed by EUSA Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik, who presented them the office structure, premises and activities.



Mr Kurt and Mr Pecovnik discussed future common projects, with Switzerland one of the most active EUSA members, and was also recently attributed with the 2021 European Universities Orienteering Championship, to be held in St Gallen.



With several European Universities Championships currently taking place across the continent, the participants were also able to visited Slovenian coastal city of Koper, where the EUC Beach Volleyball and Water Polo Championships were being held. There they were also able to meet with EUSA Executive Committee Member Mr Bruno Barracosa and EUSA Communications and Project Manager Mr Andrej Pisl.
