Staying in touch with university sport

Staying in touch with university sport

University sport offers a wide range of activities, services and events, ranging from extracurricular activities, linking recreation, sport and studies; resulting in more social and healthy lifestyle, to having top sports results and a degree as a result of dual careers.

In Europe, university sport is coordinated on national level by university sports bodies in each country, being linked together by the European University Sports Association (EUSA). EUSA is a member of the International University Sports Federation (FISU), and a partner of several sports-related organisations. We are actively advocating university sport on European level, promoting the ideology and benefits of university sport and its values, organising events, carrying out social responsibility projects and volunteer training programme together with our members and partners. Some of the projects are co-funded by the European Commission, FISU, Council of Europe and other donors and partners.

EUSA Sports events

We understand that it is not easy to keep track of the events, news and information, so we have several channels which we invite athletes, supporters, members, partners, including universities and decision-making bodies to follow.

EUSA Magazine

Our website www.eusa.eu offers a comprehensive insight into activities, events and projects, and is regularly updated to bring you the latest news. We publish a monthly newsletter, a free service, which brings you the summary of the most important news to your mailbox. EUSA is present also on social media, most actively on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, as well as on Youtube. You can find an annual overview in printed form in the European University Sports Association Year Magazine, and it is possible to rent and display the exhibition on university sport in your city/university. We also offer fliers, banners and other promotional material, with new services being developed.
