The topic of youth employability in and through sport is the focus of the project Sport Employs YOUrope. The result of a good cooperation and European Partnerships was a successful and productive seminar which was held in Tivoli near Rome between October 1 and 5, 2014.
The project is coordinated by ENGSO Youth and together with the partners - including the European University Sports Association (EUSA) it is empowering young people and encouraging employability related to the sport sector. The project aims to create a strong pool of stakeholders, including sport- and socio-cultural organizations in order to tackle the issue unemployment of young people in Europe. Through European cooperation in youth field and sport, the project is aimed to stimulate capacity building, entrepreneurial thinking and employability for young people through the sport sector and highlights the transferable skills that sport can develop.

Together they contributed to the discussions and development of the toolkit and communication campaign which will be launched later in the project.
