On November 14th, 2008 the General Assembly of the Russian Students Sport Union was held in Moscow,
at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport and Tourism.

During the RSSU General Assembly, the new Executive Board was elected. Mr. Oleg Matytsin was re-elected for the position of the RSSU President for the term 2009-2012.

Mr. Matytsin is also the EUSA Executive Committee Member and FISU Assessor.
