Register for the European Football Leadership Programme for Women and Ethnic Minority People

Between September and November 2022, a European training programme will take place to enhance the leadership skills of women and ethnic minority people working in football and sport and support them in becoming advocates for change within their organisations.

The European Football Leadership Training Programme is an exciting opportunity for women and ethnic minority people to attend two in-person sessions during which experts in sports, business development and social change will help prepare participants to become leaders of the industry and challenge prevalent exclusions and inequalities.The workshop will support emergent leaders to create either a personal/professional development plan or an organisational plan for change.

The sessions will take place in the Netherlands between 7th and 10th September and Slovenia between 16th and 18th November. Participants will be expected to implement their plan for change in the intervening months.

The European Football Leadership Training Programme is open to all women and ethnic minority people who are:
1.Working in football/sport for at least one year
2.Proficient in English
3.Available to attend both training dates
4.Living in an EU country or the UK
5.Committed to creating positive change at a personal or organisational level

The training programme is free to attend,with transport,meals and accommodation costs covered by the project.
