On the invitation of Unisport Austria, a working meeting was held in Vienna on 8 September 2023 regarding the EUSA  25th Anniversary Celebration event and Conference in Vienna 2024.

The meeting was attended by EUSA Secretary General Matjaz Pecovnik, representatives of University of Vienna: Arnold Baca -Head of Centre for Sport Science and University Sports, Falk Pastner - Head of Event Management, Georg Denev - Head of Competition Department of University Sports Institute and representatives of Unisport Austria: Hemma Angerer – President, Manfred Pfeifer - Secretary General and Tanja Pagitz - Controlling and Media.

The agenda of this meeting included a meeting at the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research, a visit to the location for the EUSA Anniversary Gala event and a tour to the hotel and their conference facilities.
The Final proposal for the EUSA Anniversary Celebration event will be presented at the Executive Committee meeting and General Assembly in Kusadasi.
