On Wednesday, October 26, 2016 Mr Matjaz Pecovnik, EUSA Secretary General met with Mr Lorenz Ursprung, EUSA Treasurer for a working meeting in Zurich.

Mr Ursprung and Mr Pecovnik went through several financial issues connected to this year’s budget, realization and plan of different projects, marketing plan, registration of EUSA Institute and other matters connected to the operation of the organization.



In the morning, Mr Pecovnik visited also the headquarters of the Swiss University Sports Federation (SUSF) in St Gallen, where he met with Mr Leonz Eder, Managing Director and Mrs Cecile Buesser, Secretary General of SUSF. The main topics of discussion with Mr Eder, who is also the first Vice President of FISU and the President of the Committee for the Development of University Sport (CDSU), was the progress report on the EUSA projects, supported by FISU in 2016 and activity plan for the projects next year; among them also several joint projects between EUSA and FISU.

The outcome of the discussions in Switzerland will be presented at the next EUSA Executive Committee Meeting, which will be held from November 11-12, 2016 in Belgrade, Serbia.
