Swedish University Sports Federation (SAIF) appointed new Secretary General - Ms Johanna Olsson. She will succeed the current SAIF Secretary General Mr Josef Åhman, who starts as the Rector of Folkuniversitetet after being 12 years at SAIF.

The 29-year-old Johanna Olsson will be the youngest Secretary General in the entire Swedish Sports Confederation. She already has a vast experience from both national and international university sports. As the Sport Manager of SAIF, she has been the Head of Delegation at three Universiades and a key person when the first ever European Universities Championship was arranged in Sweden (EUC Badminton 2013 in Uppsala).

"I am very honoured by the appointment and I will do my outmost to contribute to the continuous development of Swedish and international university sports", stated Ms Olsson after the appointment.
