Partners of the Gender Equality Toolkit for generation Z (GETZ) project met virtually on Friday, October 16 for a coordination meeting to review the progress and discuss the project-related activities. Due to Covid-19, the planned final conference has been postponed to April 2021, but this now opens new possibilities for interested participants to enrol in the online course free of charge.

GETZ is a gender equality toolkit, educating Generation Z via a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) to become change agents and leaders in sport, who can break down gender stereotypes and barriers for future generations.



You are warmly invited to join the course online at https://getzproject.eu and access the courses, divided into six units, each composed of six parts (outline, introduction, tasks, discussion, resources and summary). Participants may use them at their own pace and in their own order. The six units focus on the different aspects of gender equality issues within sport. In such manner users can gain a multi-angle approach, which underlines the complexity of equality between women and men.



The University of Worcester (GBR) is leading this project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. Project partners include Molde University College (NOR), Free University of Brussels (BEL), Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (NED), Swedish Sports Confederation (SWE), Croatian Olympic Committee (CRO) and the EUSA Institute (SLO).
