On April 21, 2017, EUSA Secretary General Matjaz Pecovnik met with Mr Musa Selimi, President of the recently formed National University Sports Association (NUSA) of Kosovo. The meeting took place at the EUSA Headquarters in Ljubljana.

Mr Selimi, who is also the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the University of Pristina, presented the information on the university sports activities in Kosovo and informed that the newly established association would like to become a full member of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) and the European University Sports Association (EUSA).



Mr Pecovnik presented to Mr Selimi the structure and activities of EUSA and the necessary steps to be taken when applying for membership.

The decision on EUSA membership is taken by EUSA General Assembly. The next assembly will be organized in Madrid in April 2018.
