Briefly describe how and why did you get involved in Judo?
I started do Judo when I was 7 years old, with my father who was also my first coach. From the first training, I liked how it looks and feels to train judo. Now 13 years later, I am professional judo player and if I could go back, I would choose the same profession and the same sport.

What do you study? How do you balance your study, trainings and competitions?
I study Journalism and Communications. It’s not always easy to balance study and sport, but if you have a good understanding with professors and colleagues you can be successful at both areas.
Tell us about your experience of the European Universities Championships 2017. Is this your first time at an EUSA event?
It was my first time to competing at European Universities Championships, and there in Coimbra was very nice experience for me. Very good opponents, good result and a nice city are my impressions from this competition.

In 2018 the European Universities Games 2018 will take place in Coimbra, Portugal, do you hope to be there? Why do you think university sport events are important?
I hope that I can go to European Universities Games 2018. In my opinion, university sport events are important because it is a specific kind of competition. You can have lot of fun, make new friends, but also have a good and strong competition.
This is your chance! What is your message to European students like yourself?
My message for them is: “Fight for your dremas, you can do it! You can be good at both, study and sport, you just need to organize your time and work hard.”
