Lithuanian Olympic Academy Congress was held on December 3 at the Vilnius Pedagogical University. During the event, Mr Ceslovas Garbaliauskas, Lithuanian Students Sports Association President and EUSA Executive Commission member was inaugurated as the new Lithuanian Olympic Academy academician. The speakers at the Congress of Lithuanian Olympic Academy (LOA) were the Congress President Povilas Karoblis, the Lithuanian National Olympic Committee President Arturas Poviliunas, Physical Culture and Sports Department Director-General Klemensas Rimschelis.

The new Olympic academician Mr Ceslovas Garbaliauskas thanked the Lithuanian Olympic Academy for this honour I realize that this honourable title is not for me alone, but for the whole Lithuanian university sport.
