May 15, 2017 was the deadline for submission of Letters of Intention for organisation of European Universities Games 2022 and 2024. We are happy to report that there is solid interest to host the largest university sports event in Europe.

The following NUSA submitted their intention to host the Games:
1. FINLAND: Tampere
2. HUNGARY: Debrecen-Miskolc
3. POLAND: Lodz

According to the Bidding Procedure timeline, working meetings with all the NUSA/cities concerned will be scheduled between May and September, followed by payment of the bidding fee and submission of the bidding dossier. The candidate cities will then be visited by EUSA evaluation commission in February and March 2018 and the Games will be attributed in April 2018.
