The Hungarian University Sport Federation (HUSF), cooperating with the Semmelweis University, is organizing the 15th The Way of Knowledge university half marathon and Academic run in the Hungarian capital, Budapest on November 8, 2015. The competition attracts more and more runners year by year, not just from Hungary, but also from abroad.

The event's aims are promoting healthy lifestyle and university sport at national and international level. This year, the organizers are highly motivated by reaching more people through the event and increasing the number of runners. At the last year’s event, there were 1250 participants, out of them 480 athletes did the Academic 6 race, which is a 6 km running competition for those people who prefer shorter distances.



The European University Sport Association (EUSA) is proud to report that the event is held under its patronage, especially since this is the only street running university race in Hungary. The event is also supported by other sport authorities and Budapest Municipality.
