Invitation to SK4YS online dissemination workshop

Invitation to SK4YS online dissemination workshop

ENGSO Youth and its SK4YS project partners, including the European University Sports Association Institute, invite all interested participants to join an online dissemination workshop taking place next month.

SK4YS – Skills for You(th) through Sport – is a transnational project funded by the Erasmus+ Sport programme of the European Union which aims to raise awareness of soft skills gained through sport-based educational programmes.

The main outcome of the project is the creation of the SK4YS Manual featuring good European practices and practical tips for youth and sport organisations to develop sport-based educational programmes for youngsters to help boost their employability.

Project co-ordinators ENGSO Youth will be hosting a short online session to discuss the link between development and sport on Thursday, October 8, from 17:00-18:30 (Central European Time).

A brief introduction of the SK4YS project, its partners and the project’s goals will be given, followed by an overview of the SK4YS manual. This will then be followed by a presentation of three good practice examples from various organisations.

Participation in the online session is free and available to all interested persons, with registration for the online event required HERE.

The SK4YS Manual is freely available for download, available HERE.

A Facebook event for the workshop has been created HERE, while more information about the SK4YS project can be found at eusa.eu/projects/sk4ys.
