European Powerlifting Federation (EPF), Powerlifting & Weightlifting Federation Luxembourg and the European University Sports Association (EUSA) invite you to the Open European University Cup in Classic Powerlifting 2025.

The event will be held in Hamm, Luxembourg between 21 – 23 of February, under the patronage of EUSA. 

We invite interested participants to check the information online and register. The end day of the Final Nomination is on 31st of January.

The competition will be set using the classic/raw lifting style.  Each National Federation may nominate up to ten (10) universities in the men’s category and ten (10) universities in the women’s category. The men’s team may consist of 8 lifters and the women’s team may consist of 8 lifters.

The best three universities for both men and women will receive team awards. The team scoring will be determined by calculating the scores of the best five for men and for women for each university.

The European University Sports Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the European Powerlifting Federation in September 2020, with both organisations committing to the promotion and development of competitions in Powerlifting disciplines among students across Europe, while strengthening general cooperation and partnership between the two partners. Representatives from EUSA will be present during the cup.
