European University Sports Association (EUSA) is announcing its 13th EUSA General Assembly, which will take place in Maribor, Slovenia on March 17, 2012. The Assembly will be preceded by a conference on March 16. EUSA member federations will be able to register their official delegates as of January 5, 2012 at EUSA website.

All EUSA member federations - national university sports associations - are invited to attend the Assembly.

Deadlines and important dates:
•    January 5, 2012: Detailed information available, Start of registration
•    February 1, 2012: Deadline for registration and deadline for member proposals
•    February 16, 2012: The Agenda and all the other necessary documentation will be sent by the EUSA Office to the member federations
 

Tentative time schedule:
•    March 15, Thursday: EC meeting and Arrival of the Delegations
•    March 16, Friday: Conference, Sightseeing, Sports Activities
•    March 17, Saturday: General Assembly
•    March 18, Sunday: Departures
