On behalf of the European University Sports Association (EUSA), the University Sports Association of Poland (AZS) and the Organising Committee, we have the pleasure of inviting university teams of your country to participate in the 7th European Universities Handball Championship which will be organised in Katowice, Poland between June 23 and 30, 2013.

The deadline for applications has been determined as January 1, 2013.

City info
Katowice is a city in Silesia in southern Poland, on the Kłodnica and Rawa rivers; located in the Silesian Highlands. It is the central district of the Upper Silesian Metropolis, with a population of 2.2-3.5 million, depending on the area used to define it. Although Katowice is one of the Youngest European metropolises, it has an interesting architecture. It is a large scientific centre in Poland, with over 20 schools of higher education, at which over 100,000 people study. Katowice has a long sporting tradition and hosted the highly successful international championships (continental and the world). The Silesian Stadium located between Chorzów and Katowice was a national stadium of Poland.
