On behalf of the European University Sports Association (EUSA), the Spanish University Sport Committee (CEDU) and the Organising Committee, we have the pleasure of inviting university teams of your country to participate in the 10th European Universities Football Championship which will be organised in Almeria, Spain between June 23 and 30, 2013.

The deadline for applications has been determined as January 1, 2013.

City info
Almería is a city in Andalusia, Spain, on the Mediterranean Sea. It is the capital of the province of the same name, with a population of about 200.000. The city was founded by Calipha Abd-ar-Rahman III of Cordova in 955 AD, and has experienced turbulent and interesting history. Apart from the historical sights, Almería also has nice beaches and other natural wonders. The University of Almeria, one of the youngest and most dynamic in Spain, is a public university, with over 10.000 students attending the courses it offers. Sport is very popular in the region, also at university level, and Almeria is home to two major professional sports teams: UD Almeria in football and Unicaja Almeria in volleyball.
