Today, on July 19, the international EUSA volunteers started arriving to Rotterdam, to experience the European Universities Games and assist in organisation of the largest university sports event in Europe.

Over 100 international volunteers are joining the local volunteers and together they will play a very important part in welcoming the participants which will arrive in the next days to the Dutch City of Sport to take part in the EUGames.

The main aim of the EUSA Volunteer Training Program is to give a chance to young students, who are interested in sports and in organizing sport events, to get the opportunity of experiencing a unique adventure, learning about the values of sport, and gaining valuable work experience through volunteering. While new applications for the EUSA volunteers are not possible anymore, the Organisers still offer some opportunities for people to be a part of the Games as volunteers.
