iFLIPP project partners meet in Ljubljana

Partners of the Erasmus+ project Innovating Football Leadership through Practice and Policy (iFLIPP) gathered for a hybrid meeting on 7th and 8th of March, hosted by the European University Sports Association (EUSA) and the EUSA Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia. 

Representatives from the FARE Network (NED), Integrated Dreams (POR), Erasmus University Rotterdam (NED), Portugal Football Association (POR), Malta Football Association (MLT), Hawar.help (GER) and the EUSA Institute (SLO) were present, in person and online.
The meeting was opened with a  presentation of the monitoring and evaluation process of the work done within the project, giving feedback and reflection on the taken activities, as well as future support of the implementation of the project outputs.

Following on the meeting was a presentation on the financial status of the project, the past and future Intellectual Outputs, as well as the communication and dissemination activities to be undertaken in future.
On the second day of the project meeting, partners discussed promotion of the Intellectual Output 3 – the MOOC, the final conference, and the details about the realization of future intellectual outputs, the Online Communication Platform and the Policy Recommendations.

The partners took some part of the meeting to also discuss the upcoming Final Conference and wrapping up of the iFlipp project, the dates, location, as well as brainstorming the first draft of the project. 


The meeting was taking place prior the European Football Leadership Training Programme for women and ethnic minority, which hosts around 40 participants, professionals and leaders in the world of football and sports in general. The goal of the training to emergent leaders to create either a personal/professional development plan or an organisational plan for change.

The Leadership Programme is part of the iFlipp project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, implemented by the Fare network (NED), Hawar.help (GER), Integrated Dreams (POR), Erasmus University Rotterdam (NED), Portuguese Football Association (POR), Malta Football Association (MLT) and the EUSA Institute (SLO).
