iFlipp partners ensure project progression
Select project partners of the ErasmusPlus-funded iFlipp project met online over two days on March 4 and 5, brainstorming various aspects of the project and ensuring its progress.
The iFlipp (Innovating Football Leadership through Practice and Policy) project seeks to assess recent research in the representation of women and ethnic minorities (WEM) in leadership positions in football in order to develop responsive inclusive leadership governance action plans at National and European levels.
The aim of the project is to increase and enhance leadership skills of women and ethnic minorities in football by creating and piloting a set of inclusive professional development training materials, transferable and adaptable for sport organisations.
Project coordinators the FARE Network, together with selected partners Hawar.help (GER), Integrated Dreams (POR) and the EUSA Institute who are all involved in the formulation and creation of the training packs in the project met virtually to brainstorm ideas on the various topics being included in this intellectual output.
After a brief introduction, partners discussed the training pack together before entering breakout rooms to enable more in-depth discussions and debates.
The second meeting enable further discussion on what specific topics would be included in the material produced, with discussions surrounding how the material will be presented according to the different target groups.
Task divisions were then discussed ahead of the next meeting in April, before which a meeting with all project partners will take place later this month.
