We are thrilled to report of the high interest in the European Universities Games 2014. There are still some places left in a few sports, so interested teams should take this opportunity, register and settle the registration requirements as soon as possible.

 

Within the second call, over 300 university teams from 36 European countries showed interest. The third and final call is now open, with March 15 being the deadline to submit the General Entry Forms and make the payments.

 

 

The Games in Rotterdam will be held between July 24 and August 8, having competitions in 10 sports (Badminton, Basketball, Football, Futsal, Handball, Rowing, Rugby 7's, Table Tennis, Tennis and Volleyball), and besides sports also offering a rich cultural, educational and social programme. Students and young people play an important part in the Games, not only as competitors and participants, but also as organisers, volunteers and staff.
