International Day of University Sport (IDUS) is to be celebrated annually on September 20. Proclaimed by the United Nations Education, Science and Culture Organisation (UNESCO) on proposal of the International University Sports Federation (FISU), the event celebrates sports in higher education.

Special guidelines have been made available on the organisation of activities related to the celebration of IDUS on local levels, as well as those for organising International University Sport Festivals.
