FVLA 2022 started
The first part of the FISU Volunteer Leaders Academy and Student Ambassadors Programme (FVLA) was held online on June 17, gathering students from all over the world and introducing them to the International University Sports Federation (FISU), leadership and volunteers management.
The June session started with the opening remarks by FISU representatives, lead by FISU Acting President Mr Leonz Eder, and the "Whats up FISU" update from FISU Secretary General Mr Eric Saintrond.
A video featuring FVLA 2022 participants and their landmarks showed the unity and diversity of future FISU Student Ambassadors 2022/2023. After that, the results of the FISU Student Ambassadors programme Season 2021/22 were presented by Joshua Mietke, FISU Student Ambassador 2018 and Albina Rakhmatullina, FISU Student Ambassadors programme coordinator. The main achievements, major sports event and involvement of FVLA community was highlited.
Team building session concluded the fisrt part of FVLA 2022. The positive dynamic made the session unforgettable for all the participants, which will be reunited again for the second session that will take place online on 2-3 September 2022.
For the September session, it still possible to register more participants through continental and national university sports bodies, who may nominate their participants through the FISU Online Accreditation System.
