Fit4Green partners meet online
Partners of the Fit For Green (Fit4Green) project met online on Thursday, December 12, for an update on co-creation workshops with young participants and to follow-up on the programme planning phase of the local events coming up in the spring.
Fit4Green project brings together different organisations’ aspirations for more sustainable sport events and improve sustainability practices at campuses. Within the project, we are engaging young people and staff to actively participate in sustainable measures using sport events by the planning and execution of green campus sport events, with accompanying campaigns and activations in Austria, Latvia and Slovenia.
Fit4Green is Co-Funded by the European Union. Lead by the EUSA Institute, the project connects consortium partners, including Holztechnikum Kuchl (AUT), University of Ljubljana (SLO), InnovationsManufaktur (GER), NYSA Sweden (SWE) and Latvian University Sports Federation (LAT). It is part of the pilot projects and preparatory actions in the field of sport, with a duration of 18 months, taking place between June 2024 and November 2025.
Project partners will meet next on 24-25 January 2025 in Munich.
