FISU Media & Communication Committee met on September 19 at the MSI - House of International Sport - in Lausanne, Switzerland, the place where also the seat of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) is located.

After a warm welcome by the Secretary General of FISU Mr Eric Saintrond, the Chair of the Commission Mrs Verena Burk started the meeting. The MCC members and FISU Media Staff discussed a number of topics such as the FISU media platforms, social media channels, broadcasting, magazine, branding and visual guidelines, relations with the Media Officers and Media Liaison Persons of the member federations, as well as the Young Reporters’ Programme for the next Summer Universiade.



The meeting was attended by its Chair Mrs Verena Burk, members of the Committee Damien Bardot, Ekaterina Kucherenko, Andrej Pisl, Tomasz Szponder, Natasha Campos Mendez (Student Committee member) and FISU Staff members Dejan Susovic (FISU Media and Communication Director), Yvan Dufour (FISU Chief Editor), Christian Pierre (FISU Press Officer), Tatiana Stebakova and Yuan Ren (FISU Media Assistants) and Christophe Erhat (FISU Graphics Designer).

Members of the Committee also visited the Lausanne in motion festival the following day.
