In November, the International University Sports Federation (FISU) hosted two series of online meetings and seminars with the continental university sports federations (CUSF) from Africa, Asia, Americas, Europe and Oceania.

The first meeting was held with Presidents and Secretaries General on November 12, and the second part was intended for other staff working in the continental university members, and was held on November 18 and 19, 2020.



Topics of discussion were general update from FISU and the continental associate members regarding Covid-19 situation and their activities in general. Updates were done regarding the 2021 Universiades/World University Games in Lucerne (Winter) and Chengdu (Summer), as well as other sports and educational events planned in the next year.

The meetings were also an opportunity to review this year's activities related to the celebration of the International Day of University Sport (IDUS).



European University Sports Association (EUSA) actively participated in the online meetings and seminars, and would like to thank FISU for their engagement with its associate members.
