The ordinary FISU General Assembly will be organised from June 28-29, 2009 in Belgrade, Serbia. Just before the opening, the Executive Committee gathered on its meeting in the Continental Hotel in Belgrade. Besides the reports from the President, the Treasurer, the Internal Auditor and Secretary-General as well as the reports of the Development Committee, the Women's Committee and the CESU Committee, the main focus of the meeting was the preparation of the General Assembly. The FISU Board Members also listened to the progress reports of the future Universiade Organizing Committees and the final report of the 2009 Winter Universiade in Harbin, China, as well as the progress reports of a number of hosts of the 2010 World University Championships.
