The FISU Executive Committee met on its meeting in Brussels from May 11-13, 2007. Among others, the EC members voted a number of proposals of modifications and amendments to the Statutes and the Internal Regulations and accepted the provisional admission as associate member five continental university sports federations.

The proposed changes regarding the continental university sports federations must be approved by the General Assembly, which will take place on August 5-6,2007 in Bangkok.
