The European Universities Championship in Volleyball will be hosted by the city of Braga, Portugal, from 16-23 July. 

On November 29-30 EUSA did an Inspection Visit, represented by EUSA Technical Delegate for Volleyball Mr Pablo Martinez Martinez. The Organizing Committee was represented by NUSA Representative Mr Rui Sosa and Mr Marco Oliveira, Mr Pedro Almeida Secretary General of UMinho, Mr Carlos Días OC Technical Delegate, Mr Luis Covas OC Technical Commission, Mr Joao Ribeiro Director of Sport and Culture Service of Uminho and Mr Fernando Pereira Technical Coordinator of UMinho Sport Complex.

The two days inspection visit had a full schedule of activities. The first day the team visited UMinho Sport Complex, the canteen, the Lloyd Braga Residence, the Sta. Tecla Braga Residence and wrapped up with a meeting.

At the second day the visit started with checking up the sport venues of Gualtar Sports Hall, André Soares Sports Hall, and SCBraga Sports Complex. They team also had a final meeting and visited the locations for the Opening Ceremony and the General Technical meetings.

EUSA Technical Delegate, congratulated Braga on the great preparations so far, looking forward to the upcoming European Universities Championship in Volleyball, which is going to offer great conditions, locations, sport facilities and great atmosphere.
