After being hosted at the Slovenian Universities in Ljubljana and Koper, the EUSA exhibition on university sport was opened on February 23 in Trieste, Italy, at the Rectorate of the University of Trieste, where it will be hosted until the beginning of March.

The Opening was attended by the Rector of University of Trieste prof Maurizio Fermeglia, President of local University Sports Association – CUS Trieste and Member of the EUSA Executive Committee prof
Romano Isler, CUSI Vice-Presidents prof Renato Pelessoni and prof Giovanni Panjek, Board member Mr Franco Caggianelli and Secretary General Mr Giulio Caggianelli. The Rector of the University committed itself to strengthen sports activities of the University also on international level.

The European University Sports Association (EUSA) was also represented by Mr Patrik Perosa, Sports Manager, and the Opening was attended by the President of the European Universities Basketball Championship 2015 Mr Marko Juretic, along with other invited guests.

The Exhibition depicts the history and development of university sport and European University Sports Association, with its events and activities. EUSA Exhibition is a travellingexhibition, supported by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). It started its journey in Rotterdam in July and August 2014, and continues its journey on European universities and university sports events.
