EUSA Office Strategy Meeting 2025

EUSA Office Strategy Meeting 2025

EUSA Office members recently concluded a successful two-day internal strategy session at the Brdo Congress Centre in Brdo pri Kranju, Slovenia. From January 28 to 29, the entire staff engaged in an intensive series of meetings focused on reviewing the accomplishments of the past year and collaboratively planning strategic initiatives for 2025.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for team members to reflect on the successes and challenges of the previous year, analyze key performance indicators, and identify areas for growth and improvement.

Through workshops and presentations, participants actively contributed to shaping the organization's roadmap for the coming year. Discussions centred around EUSA sports and educational events, enhancing community engagement, expanding initiatives for members and partners, and improving operational efficiency.

Beyond the strategic planning sessions, the meeting also fostered team building and collaboration: the change of scenery, a relaxed atmosphere and a #BeActive exercise in nature improved interdepartmental communication.

A highlight of the two-days was a visit to the offices of the Football Association of Slovenia (NZS). The team toured the facilities and learned from NZS Social responsibility officer Daniel Videtic about the NZS's initiatives to promote football and their organizational structure and strategic planning process.

This visit concluded with a meeting with NZS Secretary General Martin Kozelj, providing a unique opportunity to learn from another successful organization and explore potential areas of collaboration.

EUSA team returned from Brdo energized and motivated, ready to implement the strategies and plans developed. The organization looks forward to a productive and impactful year ahead.
