Upon the invitation of the Croatian Academic Sports Federation (CASF), EUSA travelled to the Croatian capital city Zagreb for a one-day meeting on December 12.

Present on behalf of EUSA was Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik and Executive Committee Member Mr Milan Zvan, who were welcomed by CASF President Mr Zrinko Custonja, Vice President Mr Haris Pavletic and Sport Director Mr Nikola Vincetic.

Also invited to the meeting was the President of the Slovenian University Sports Association (SUSA) Mr Igor Luksic.



The main discussions had in the meeting revolved around mutual cooperation among the organisations present and potential common projects in the future.

Both CASF and SUSA are one of the most active EUSA members in terms of organisation of both Championships and Games, and their participation within them.

Meeting attendees were then given the opportunity to visit the Student Campus, which was completely renovated ahead of European Universities Games 2016 and to this day remains a memorable legacy of the Games.
