On the occasion of Badminton Europe Awards Gala in Baku, EUSA President Mr Adam Roczek and Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik, met with the representatives of the National University Sports Association (NUSA) of Azerbaijan.

EUSA representatives were welcomed by Mr Tofig Khanaliyev, President of the Freewill Student Sport Society of Azerbaijan Republic.

The representatives of both associations discussed the activities on the field of university sport, participation on EUSA events and possibilities for organisation of EUSA championships or games in Azerbaijan in the future.

At the end of the meetings Mr Roczek thanked on behalf of EUSA for hospitality and invited the representatives the NUSA Azerbaijan to the next EUSA General Assembly, which will be organised in Kusadasi (TUR) in October 2023.
