European Universities Games 2016

We are especially proud of inclusion of students with disabilities - both in the competition part, as well as in the part of the organising team and volunteers; also as a result of cooperation with the European Paralympic Committee.

Inclusion of students with disabilities

The magazine also reports on the events organised under EUSA Patronage, with special focus also given to EUSA Conferences and Meetings, including the EUSA Assembly, Gala, Conventions and EUSA Executive Committee Meetings. Among EUSA projects you will find content on Equal Opportunities, Fair Play, EUSA Volunteer Programme, Photo Competition, Awards, University Sport Exhibition, EUSA Club of Donors, Dual Careers, and the International Day of University Sport (IDUS).

International Day of University Sport (IDUS)

As EUSA is a proud partner in projects and initiatives run or endorsed by the European institutions and agencies, or other partner organisations, receiving support by the European Union, Council of Europe and other institutional bodies, these projects were introduced as well.

European Week of Sport

Special attention has been given to the report of the European Week of Sport, which was held under the slogan #BeActive in 2016 for the second time, promoting sport and physical activity throughout the EU. Other EU-funded projects where EUSA is a partner in have also been introduced, including the European Voluntary Service (EVS), Strengthening Coaching with the Objective to Raise Equality (SCORE), and Voices for Truth and Dignity (VOICE).
