Despite the International Day of University Sport and the European Week of Sport only being celebrated in September, the EUSA Office already participated in a ‘warm-up’ exercise at the annual Business Run in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

While promoting the International Day of University Sport #letsidus and the European Week of Sport #beactive activities, the EUSA Office – which is based in the Slovenian capital – entered two teams in the Business Relay Run, held in the picturesque Tivoli Park located in central Ljubljana.



This was the fourth time EUSA participated in the annual run, which sees each runner of a three-member team complete a 3.5km circuit, with over 800 runners taking part in the festive event.



EUSA will continue the #letsidus and #beactive promotions both online as well as at all 16 European Universities Championship events across Europe this summer, beginning with EUC Golf and EUC Badminton which kick off this weekend in Antequera, Spain and Lodz, Poland respectively. The EUSA Convention, which will be organised in Aveiro, Portugal between September 25-28, will also involve various physical and sporting activities in conjunction with the European Week of Sport celebrations.
