A working meeting between representatives of the European University Sports Association (EUSA) and the International University Sports Federation (FISU) was held on December 17 and 18, 2015 at the EUSA Office in Ljubljana, focusing on Education and Protocol.

On behalf of EUSA, the Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik, Communications and Projects Manager Mr Andrej Pisl, Sports Manager Mr Patrik Perosa and Office Manager Ms Sara Rozman welcomed the FISU Director Educational Services Director and Protocol Coordinator Mr Kole Gjeloshaj.

The meeting started with the operational presentation of EUSA and its events, projects and related services. Mr Gjeloshaj presented the FISU events through the prism of protocol including the topics of events opening and closing ceremonies, awarding ceremonies, receptions and hospitality services, with illustrations of practical examples.



The participants also discussed the EUSA and FISU educational events and possibilities of improving cooperation at these also through the respective education commissions of both organisations.
