EUSA Exhibition on University Sport in Europe is currently being hosted in Rijeka, one of the host cities of the European Universities Games 2016.

The official opening of the Exhibition was held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at the main Campus of the University of Rijeka. The event was attended by the Rector of the University of Rijeka prof. dr. Pero Lucin, the Vice-Mayor of Rijeka Mr Marko Filipovic, Secretary General of the European Universities Games Zagreb-Rijeka 2016 Mr Marko Zunic and EUSA Sports Manager Mr Patrik Perosa.



Mr Lucin and Mr Filipovic expressed their satisfaction that the University and the City of Rijeka can be part of the history and development of university sport, hosting several European and International university sports events in the past, and are looking forward to hosting the Games next year. The opening also brough some attention from the local media and press.



The Exhibition is prepared by the European University Sports Association (EUSA), and supported by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The exhibition consists of different panels, covering the following topics: University sport in Europe; European University Sports Association; European Universities Championships; European Universities Games; Education, Social Responsibility & Partnerships; Honouring the Best.

Next stop for the EUSA Exhibition will be in the Croatian capital Zagreb, where the it will be displayed at the occasion of the EUSA Conference, hosted in Zagreb between March 26 and 29, 2015.
