The participants reviewed the registrations status and reported that there is open space in some sports, so immediate registration is strongly advised. Report on all venues and competition specifics was given by the local sports managers who are also in contact with EUSA Technical delegates. At the meeting also the new dates for Bridge were confirmed: July 18-22.

Competitions will be organised in close cooperation with the national and/or local sports organisations, and in several cases also backed by the European sports governing bodies, so the conditions will enable top competitions.

Reports, presentations and discussions in several sport-themed groups

Representatives of the national university sports organisations will be able to get more information about the venues, sports and all logistics at a special NUSA coordination (Heads of delegations) meeting, which will be organised on May 10 and 11, along with the Supervision Commission visit in Zagreb and Rijeka.
