The EUSA webinar directed to the Organising Committees of European Universities Championships 2025, that took place on 6th of March, was an insightful event that provided valuable information and updates on the ongoing initiatives within the organization.

The session was moderated by Hristina Hristova, Projects & Communications Officer, who facilitated the discussion while warmly welcoming participants, creating an engaging and productive atmosphere.

Eszter Gulyas, Sports Coordinator, kicked off the webinar by reminding the audience about the progress reports calendar. This was a crucial point for all involved in communication and event planning, as the calendar outlines important deadlines and upcoming events that participants should be aware of. By emphasizing this, Eszter helped everyone stay aligned with the organization’s timeline and ensured all involved could plan their activities effectively.

Salvatore Sisca, Head of Media and Communications,  followed with a session focused on communication strategies. He shared key information regarding logos, branding, and social media engagement, which are essential components for maintaining a cohesive and professional image for the organization. He provided guidelines on how to effectively use the EUSA branding across various platforms and how to ensure consistent communication when promoting events and initiatives. This was particularly important for those involved in public relations and digital communication efforts.

Andrej Pisl, Director Projects & Policy, highlighted the critical role of volunteers in the European Universities Championships and outlined strategies for their effective integration throughout this season's events.  He discussed how to engage volunteers more effectively and the benefits of building strong relationships with them to ensure smooth event execution and foster long-term involvement.

To conclude, Hristina Hristova took the stage once again to emphasize the importance of supporting volunteers. She underscored that organizations should go beyond recruitment by fostering a positive environment and offering proper training, recognition, and opportunities for growth.  Additionally, she emphasized the importance of collaboration between EUSA and Organizing Committees to create an outstanding European Universities Championships 2025 season.
