EUSA-ENGSO Youth meeting in Slovenia
In the small and historical Slovenian city of Radovljica, highlighted by the picturesque green environment, representatives of the European University Sports Association (EUSA) met with ENGSO Youth representatives on September 5 for a working meeting.
On the occasion of ENGSO Youth Chair Ugne Chmeliauskaite visiting Slovenia, together with their Communication Officer Polona Fonda, EUSA Communications and Projects Manager Mr Andrej Pisl and Communications Officer Hristina Hristova, met for a semi-formal meeting. Exchanging knowledge, experiences, ideas and having mutual goals, using the voice of youth and sport as the main tool, was the main point of the strategic cooperation conversation of the meeting. Discussion was also on the successful cooperation so far, discussing enhancing of future partnerships and strengthening cooperation through new ideas.
ENGSO Youth is a distinguished partner of EUSA and EUSA Institute in several past, ongoing and future projects and activities involving youth, sport, sustainability, accessibility of sport, inclusion, and many other topics. We are currently partnering in ongoing projects, supported by the European Union and the Erasmus+ Programme: Youth Integrity Ambassadors Program (YIAP), Green Sport Hub Europe (GSHE), as well as newly approved project Youth Individual Sports Mindset (YouMind) on mental health.
Professional partnership and personal friendships build over the years between EUSA and ENGSO Youth have resulted in many partnerships, projects and reached goals, so future planning and even stronger partnerships is set to bring bigger and better results, is what has been concluded on both sides from the meet up.
