Second EUSA EC Meeting in 2007 was held from June 1-2 in Magglingen, Switzerland. On behalf of the Swiss University Sports Association all the members of EUSA board were welcomed to the meeting by Mr Leonz Eder, FISU and EUSA EC member. Mr Walter Mengisen, deputy director of the Swiss Office of Sport and the Rector of the University of Applied Sciences of Sport Magglingen presented the organisation of sports in Switzerland. The EUSA President Alberto Gualtieri thanked Mr Mengisen and Mr Eder for the organisation of the meeting and the gratitude of EUSA for their support of European universities sport development.

EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES CHAMPIONSHIPS

EUC SAILING 2008
Based on the success of the first EUSA Sailing Cup, the EUSA Executive Committee decided to put Sailing on the EUC Program 2008. The deadline for candidatures for organisation of the EUC Sailing 2008 as well as the candidatures for the Technical Delegate for Sailing is July 15, 2007.

EUC RUGBY 7s AND BADMINTON 2008
Since no candidatures have been received yet, the EC decided to postpone the deadline for the EUC Badminton and EUC Rugby 2008 to July 15, 2007.

EUC GOLF 2009
Golf is put on the EUC Program 2009. Member Federations are invited to send the candidatures for the Technical delegate for Golf until July 15, 2007.

EUC 2009
The deadline for the candidatures for all EUSA events in 2009 is November 15, 2007. The decisions on the organisers will be taken on the EC meeting in Belgrade.

EUSA GENERAL ASSEMBLY

EUSA EC attributed the organisation of the EUSA General Assembly 2008 to the French University Sports Federation. The event will take place from December 5-7, 2008 in Paris. The EUSA General Assembly 2009 will be organised by the Austrian University Sports Federation in Vienna 2009.

The next EUSA Meeting will be held from October 18-21, 2007 in Cyprus.
