Members of the EUSA Control Commission met online on May 17, in preparation for the 2022 season of the European University Sports Association, with the European Universities Games Lodz 2022 and the European Universities Rowing Championship Istanbul 2022 coming up.

The Commission members were greeted by EUSA Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik and Commission Chair Mr Piotr Marszal (POL). Members of the Commission are Ms Greta Agustoni (SUI), Mr Murat Aslan (TUR), Ms Indre Celkiene (LTU), Mr Victor Hadad (ISR), Ms Lejla Sabeta (BIH) and Mr Manuel Veloso (POR).

EUSA Office was also represented at the meeting by its Sports Manager Mr Miha Zvan and Communications & Projects Manager Mr Andrej Pisl.

EUSA Commissions are constituted by the Executive Committee. The Control Commission is responsible for controlling the eligibility of athletes, accreditation of delegations, officials and competitors at the European Universities Games, and (if requested) at European Universities Championships; for proposing measures aiming at improving the system of control.
