The 23rd European Fair Play Movement (EFPM) Congress and General Assembly were held in Haifa, Israel between October 24 and 26, 2017.

The event was also attended by a representative by the European University Sports Association (EUSA).



The event was organised by the European Fair Play Movement, Olympic Committee of Israel, Israeli Ministry of Culture and Sport, Academic College at Wingate and Haifa Sport Department.



It was attended by member organisations, as well as EFPM partner organisations. EUSA was represented by Mr Milan Zvan, Executive Committee member and Chair of the Education Commission, who was able to address the audience and give a short introduction of EUSA.



The aim of the 23rd EFPM Congress and Assembly was to bring together leaders in the promotion of fair play from around the world to discuss, debate and promote the latest issues in fair play in sports for the purpose of achieving and advancing the aims of the EFPM.



The event also included a Gala, where the annual awards were attributed.
