We would like to inform you that the bidding for the 2019 European Universities Championships has been officially opened. European Universities Championships (EUC) are university sports competitions governed by the European University Sports Association (EUSA).

The championships have been organised annually since 2001, and from 2012 onwards, they are organised on a biannual basis, with European Universities Games being organised in odd years as a multi-sport events, and the individual championships being organised in even years.



The bidding is open for the following sports/championships, to be organised for men and women in 2019: Badminton, Basketball 3x3, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Bridge, Chess, Football, Futsal, Golf, Handball, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Orienteering, Rowing, Rugby 7’s, Sport Climbing, Table Tennis, Tennis, Volleyball.

Should you be interested in bidding and you would like to receive more information, please contact the national university sports body in your country. EUSA members may submit the bids by October 20, 2016.
