A working meeting on the topic of the European Universities Games Zagreb-Rijeka 2016 was held at the EUSA Office in Ljubljana on November 26, 2015, in order to finalise the final arrangements before the official launch of the registration on December 1, 2015.

Representatives of the European University Sports Association (EUSA), Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik, Sports Manager Mr Patrik Perosa, Communications and Projects Manager Mr Andrej Pisl and Office Manager Ms Sara Rozman welcomed the Croatian delegation composed by EUG2016 Organising Committee President Mr Zrinko Custonja, Vice President Mr Haris Pavletic, Secretary General Mr Marko Zunic, Head of international relations Ms Jelena Matesic, Head of projects Mr Nikola Vincetic, Head of volunteers Ms Ivana Anicic and Venue planner Mr Besim Aliti.

The participants discussed sports program and venues, including sports for students with disabilities, registration details, rules and regulations, activity plan, as well as other aspects of the Games, including the rectors conference, EUG side events and other topics.



The registration for the European Universities Games 2016 will be opened to the European National University Sports Bodies from December 1, 2015.
