In December 2017, several working meetings of the European University Sports Association (EUSA) were organised throughout Europe – in Wroclaw, Ljubljana, Zurich and Belgrade; apart from the online meetings.

In the beginning of December, EUSA President Mr Adam Roczek met with Secretary General Mr Matjaz Pecovnik in Wroclaw to discuss the actual matters, especially the topics connected to the organisation of the European Universities Games and upcoming General Assembly. EUSA representatives also met on that occasion with University Sports Federation of Serbia President, Mr Sinisa Jasnic, to discuss the progress on preparation of the European Universities Games 2020 Master Plan, which is being prepared under the auspices of EUSA.

In mid December, a Correspondence Executive Committee meeting was organized to approve some necessary proposed decisions connected to the running of the association.



On December 18, 2017; EUSA Secretary General met in Zurich with EUSA Legal Advisor, Mr Thomas Loher to discuss some legal matters, and after also with EUSA Treasurer, Mr Lorenz Ursprung for a working meeting on preparation of the next two-year budget, as well as other actual financial matters.

The conclusions will be presented during the next EUSA Executive Committee Meeting, which will be held in march in Paris (FRA). A week before, the annual Audit Meeting will be held in Zurich, the city of EUSA legal seat.
